2. Payment: The client will pay a one-time fee of $499 for the services rendered. Payment must be made in full before the work begins.
3. Delivery Time: The website development and deployment will take approximately four weeks to complete, starting from the date of receiving all necessary details from the client.
4. Revisions: Indus Valley Technologies will provide one revision free of charge. Any additional revisions requested by the client will be charged on a case-by-case basis.
5. Hosting and Maintenance: The hosting and maintenance services are included for one year from the date of website deployment. After the first year, the client can opt to continue with our hosting and maintenance services for an additional fee.
6. Business Emails: The client will be responsible for setting up and managing their business emails. We will provide assistance in configuring the email accounts on the client’s devices.
7. Free Domain: The client will own the free .com domain provided as part of this offer. The domain renewal charges will be the client’s responsibility after the first year.
8. Premium Paid Plugins: The premium paid plugins provided as part of this offer are licensed to the client for one year. After the first year, the client can choose to renew the license or purchase the plugins independently.
9. Refund Policy: We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the client is not satisfied with the website development work delivered by us. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the refund request.
10. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. If the client terminates the agreement after work has begun, they will be liable to pay for the work completed up to that point.
11. Limitation of Liability: Indus Valley Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from this agreement or the services provided under it.
